★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there few nights on two occasion. Very close to port of Veracruz. Area is busy. Has one large square in front. Good restaurants nearby. Try speak Spanish otherwise difficult to communicate. Overall a good experience. Would not mind to stay again. People very helpful. Good small shops nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They hotel is recently renovated, it really changed since the last time I visited several years ago. The rooms are really nice, they are big and with all the amenities, also every single one of them has a balcony. It has three pools and two very good restaurants. The only down side I had is that one of the streets is located gets very busy, and if you have a room facing one of them, you'll hear a lot of noise even on the night. My recommendation get top floor or rooms facing the port.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with very friendly staff with many people who speak English. There are 3 restaurants with nice selection. The bar and lounge area is very nice
The outdoor pools are absolutely beautiful.
You will be located in the heart of the tourist district with lots to do. A great place to stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite ever! when you enter you are smelling aromatherapy, they smile at you, they are very responsible in terms of your health with a questionnaire and you begin in the Sauna, then you have a refreshing cold shower followed by 20 min. in the Jacuzzi and you end with a revitalizing (only for ones who dare) cold pool and then your massage. Is an amazing experience and the place is gorgeous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed our stay here. Staff was wonderful. I was close to Centro where there was many places to enjoy. We did ask for a room over looking the port. The wind was blowing terrible so still enjoyed the view. Many sites to take pictures and learn the history all within walking distance. Now the reason I did not rate any higher is because it is an old hotel there is alot of mold. The curtains have mold and are really dirty. I probably wouldn't stay here again but for a one night experience for my mother in law to enjoy our last night in town. We also ordered room service and I would give the restaurant a 5* it was amazing.
