Great stay with very courteous staff in every part of the hotel.

Great vibe westernized hotel. The staff is very friendly. Lots of traveling #americans here in fact. The most I have seen since I been in #mexico almost 9 months.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Zacatecas. The food is amazing. The service is great. You can walk almost anywhere when you stay here. But if you drive they have underground parking.

The staff was excellent, the restaurant and the bar very good, also affordable prices, the room was fine until I discovered for myself that the AC didnt work and when I booked they said that they had Air Conditioning Unit in the roos for this reason it seems to me that they should be more specific with customers.

If you are used to air conditioner do not stay here , the rooms are very hot even with the windows open they are burning up. They have an ac thermostat but it literally blows nothing , room came with a fan that also bearly blew any air. We stayed in may which is summer , this hotel should be equipped for this type of weather. The hotel is also aesthetically eye appealing as far as the lobby , bar , outside patio and restaurant that is beautiful and also have direct access to the heart of zacatecas but once you come to your room it is a bit out-dated as far as bedding / room phone / and once again their AC system. I do want to say that the customer service has been amazing, the staff is wonderful and the hotel is pretty secure with police outside. Giving a 2 star because as big this hotel is it should invest in AC rooms.

They have no air conditioning at this hotel, which is disgraceful. They won't tell you that when you make a reservation. They will bring you a fan and call that okay. Please stay ANYWHERE else.

Good hotel, right downtown in the middle of it all. Parking is very tight. It's difficult to get a full size truck parked here. Service lacks a little attention to details. Assure the bed sheets and pillows are clean before accepting a room, our rooms beds had hairs on the pillows and in the sheets right after we walked in. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we would stay here again.

Very disappointed that there was a control for the climate in the room unfortunately when I turned it on and put it on cool it did not work then we called the reception and we're told that the hotel does not utilize air conditioning because of the type of climate they have. Unfortunately today was a very hot day and very humid was needed
