★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience was very relaxed, the breakfast was delicious 10/10! The staff, in particular Miguel was super helpful when it came to figuring out our route around the city. They helped guide us and provided useful information which improved our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was very nice and clean. Great value. I do have one complaint however. The wifi in the room barely works and when I went downstairs to restaurant to use the wifi they wouldn’t let me sit there to do my work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked with hotels.com but had to argue about early check-in (Gold/VIP status was not recognised).
After I finally got my room, on the way out I was stopped by the receptionist - she asked me to forward her my reservation and then took her time confirming with her manager about my early check-in. Missed my walking tour because of the delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A brilliant stay at the Kali Escandon. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice. Excellent value for money, and just a 5 minute walk to our son and daughter in law's apartment.
