The attention of the staff is excellent, the rooms are not the best, the building seems to be old, it has been remodeling in parts.

El servicio deja mucho que desear y la habitación no se parece a las fotos
Los controles no funcionaban del todo, la mezcladora estaba rota, las luces del baño no funcionaban, el seguro de la puerta está rota y el desayuno que ofrecen igual deja mucho que desear
Very bad, the location is ugly, it is not touristy at all.
The service leaves a lot to be desired and the room does not look like the photos
The controls were not working at all, the mixer was broken, the lights in the bathroom were not working, the door lock is broken and the breakfast they offer leaves much to be desired

at 1AM after staying here, I was bitten by bed bugs! Woke up my family and they all had bed bugs in their room! They moved us to a different room which also had beg bugs and roaches!!
They were rude about giving the money back and we had to leave the hotel for our safety.
- This hotel is very loud as well
- the area does not feel safe
- they give one towel
-the wifi is extra slow
