★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si estan bien las habitaciones sencillas para el precio solo los baños estan un poco pequeños la ventaja es que en cada habitacion hay moden de internet y todas las pantallas cuntan con Netflix para quitar el aburrimiento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio económico el problema es su sistema de facturación llevo varios días esperando mi factura y solo me dan largas cobran más del 16% más IVA por facturación, quedaron de mandarme la factura y nada se marca y todavía se molestan y ponen pretextos echando que la culpa es de uno ,que no son horas para llamar , que los datos están mal ,que en fin de semana no facturan , que persona que está en turno no sabe nada etc de mi parte les recomiendo este lugar evite problemas busque otra opción
En cuanto al servicio no cuenta con internet no cuenta con agua caliente no cuenta con estacionamiento te mencionan que sí pero cuándo alquilas la habitación tienes que llevar tu auto a resguardar en el estacionamiento del hotel Manhattan que está como a cinco cuadras no cuenta con toallas y las habitaciones sucias ,deberían mejorar esos puntos

Well it is a cheap hotel so you get what you pay for the rooms are very clean and tidy to rest I would stay there again if I am looking for something

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio el personal de la recepcíon es muy grosero, no hay agua caliente, las habitaciones soy muy sucias me quede hace algunos días atras salí con mi maleta y le dije ala señorita de la recepción que regresaria me imagino que por que llevaba mi maleta creyo que ya me iba pero le mencione que regresaria cuando regrese mi habitación ya estaba rentada por otra persona y me robaron algunas pertenencias que deje ella me hizo mencion que de lo olvidado no se hacia responsable cuando mi habitación vencia hasta el otro día.
Terrible service the reception staff is very rude, there is no hot water, the rooms are very dirty I stayed a few days ago I left with my suitcase and I told the lady at the reception that I would return I imagine that because I was carrying my suitcase I think that I was leaving but I mentioned that I would return when I returned my room was already rented by someone else and they stole some belongings that I left she mentioned that she was not responsible for what I forgot when my room came until the next day.
