★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio del personal de recepción en la noche y peor aún, de quienes parecen ser los propietarios del hotel. Tienen unos perros encerrados en la habitación contigua, los pobres animales seguro desesperados por el encierro, rascando y azotando la puerta. Ninguna solución inmediata, por el contrario, me gritaron, fueron muy groseros y burlones. Al final, nos dieron una habitación a 4 puertas de distancia y sigo escuchando los ruidos de los perros rascando la puerta desesperados. Es terrible la manera en que me han tratado en esta ocasión, hace varios años que usamos sus servicios cuando visitamos Cadereyta, sabemos que no es un hotel de lujo, pero como mínimo, debieran saber sobre atención y servicio básico al cliente. Pésima experiencia y pésimo trato a los animales!
 Terrible service from the reception staff at night and even worse, from those who seem to be the owners of the hotel. They have some dogs locked up in the next room, the poor animals sure desperate for closure, scratching and slamming the door. No immediate solution, on the contrary, they yelled at me, they were very rude and mocking. In the end, they gave us a room 4 doors away and I keep hearing the sounds of desperate dogs scratching the door. The way they have treated me on this occasion is terrible, for several years we have used their services when we visit Cadereyta, we know that it is not a luxury hotel, but at the very least, they should know about basic customer service and attention. Terrible experience and terrible treatment of animals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidan el protocolo covid ...tienen deficiencias en su servicio al cliente! las habitaciones estan muy funcionales , (tv con cable , toallas , papel,shampo )el espacio es reducido pero compensa la limpieza del lugar. Tienen jardines amplios si vas con familia es el lugar ideal.
They take care of the covid protocol...they have deficiencies in their customer service! the rooms are very functional, (cable tv, towels, paper, shampoo) the space is small but it makes up for the cleanliness of the place. They have large gardens if you go with family it is the ideal place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar limpio, ordenado, con muchas áreas verdes, ambiente familiar, tranquilo y con excelente ubicación. Relación calidad -precio es perfecto. Estuve en habitación sencilla y el espacio si es reducido sin embargo está cómodo, muy limpio, cuentan con televisión y cable, el internet sin embargo no dió señal, pero no fue indispensable. Tienen alberca, no hice uso de ella, sin embargo se observa limpia y está techada. Sin duda alguna excelente opción.
Clean, tidy place, with many green areas, family atmosphere, quiet and with an excellent location. Value for money is perfect. I was in a single room and the space is small, however it is comfortable, very clean, they have television and cable, the internet, however, did not give a signal, but it was not essential. They have a pool, I did not use it, however it looks clean and is covered. Without a doubt, an excellent option.
