O	Octavio Carranza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi familia tuvo una muy mala experiencia en este hotel, nos quedamos solamente una noche y cuando ibamos a dormir nos dimos cuenta que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente. Le llamé a la dueña del hotel para que nos cambiara de habitación, me aseguró que venia una persona encargada para darnos otra habitacion pero esta nunca vino. La dueña despues de esto apagó su celular para que no le siguiera marcando para preguntar por la persona que vendria, tuvimos que dormir sin aire acondicionado a 35 grados. Nos cobraron 1000 pesos la noche por un cuarto sin television, sin clima, con toallas sucias, y lleno de mosquitos. Les recomendaria que mejor busquen un lugar donde quedarse en un pueblo vecino. My family had a very bad experience at this hotel, we stayed only one night and when we went to sleep we realized that the air conditioning did not work properly. I called the owner of the hotel to change our room, she assured me that a person was in charge to give us another room but it never came. The owner after this turned off her cell phone so she wouldn't keep dialing to ask about the person who was coming, we had to sleep without air conditioning at 35 degrees. They charged us 1000 pesos a night for a room without television, without weather, with dirty towels, and full of mosquitoes. I would recommend that you better look for a place to stay in a neighboring town.

El cuarto en el que estuvimos es de dos camas matrimoniales, agradable. Tiene una alberca y un área de asador. Si van por la zona, creo que es un gran lugar para hospedarse, a media hora o menos de cuatro ciénegas. It is a picturesque, pleasant hotel, the people who attended us did so with the best of attitudes, smiling. The room we stayed in is two double beds, nice. It has a pool and a barbecue area. If they go through the area, I think it's a great place to stay, half an hour or less from four ciénegas.
