 Small bathrooms, hard and uncomfortable beds, on my last visit I found a box of condoms along with one of them, please check and clean the rooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suite à un incompréhensible bug lors d'une réservation avec booking.com je me suis retrouvé dans un autre hôtel avec une réservation pour celui-ci... J'ai du me déplacer jusque chez eux pour pouvoir annuler, ce qui n'a pas été facile avec mon trolley et ses 55 kilos mais la jeune femme a bien voulu annuler gratuitement. J'avais déjà tenté de le faire via les formulaires en ligne et booking.com mais en vain. Quoi qu'il en soit, malgré les difficultés rencontrées, cet hôtel a bien voulu annuler sans frais cette réservation extraterrestre et pour cela je mets 4 étoiles bien méritées.
Following an incomprehensible bug during a reservation with booking.com, I found myself in another hotel with a reservation for this one... I had to travel to their place to be able to cancel, which did not It wasn't easy with my trolley and its 55 kilos, but the young woman agreed to cancel for free. I had already tried to do so via online forms and booking.com but to no avail. Anyway, despite the difficulties encountered, this hotel was kind enough to cancel this extraterrestrial reservation free of charge and for that I give 4 well-deserved stars.
