★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very small but beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean and tge service is good. You can walk in the beautiful garden and feel in the heart of the Mayan zone. I highly recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a family business. The staff is friendly and competent and always treats me like family. The rooms are simple and immaculately clean. I saw a toucan fly past me one day while I was sitting and reading downstairs.

It is also close to delicious restaurants, la plaza, the museum and the market place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good clean rooms. The hot water takes FOREVER to come in, let the tap run a good 5 minutes before it really felt warm... LOL the hot water heater must be down the block and around the corner!
The beds are a little too firm for me. There are mini fridges and microwaves. NOTE: If you don't want to stay up all night listening to the boom boom boom of a local band playing the night away, I recommend that you don't stay in a hotel touching the main plaza on Dia de Los Reyes, or any other holiday. My favorite coffee shop in the world is MOZZAFIATO CAFÉ which is right around the corner facing the plaza, they have the best salad ever the Mozzafiato VIP salad, and their coffees and Taro smoothies are to die for!
