Hotel Essenzia Cancun - 77500 Cancún

Si tienen tiempo y un poco de dinero busquen otro lugar donde quedarse y no en este hotel, primero que todo es lo mismo que mayafair (pésima calificación) y spazio boutique (también pésima calificación) al parecer le cambian el nombre al hotel para que sus poténciales clientes no vean su real calificación, importante si bien tiene buena ubicación y buena cama el hotel tiene los siguientes problemas: Higiene el servicio de limpieza es de mal en peor Mala Ventilación dado que no tiene ventanas Tiene pésimo sistema de alcantarillado, del lavabo y WC sale un olor asqueroso que impregna toda la habitación y como tiene un estilo de baño abierto es peor Falta de privacidad el baño en algunas habitaciones no tiene puerta completamente cerrada y la ducha y tina es abierto. Wifi intermitente funciona a veces Finalmente los administradores permite que se realicen fiestas en horarios donde la mayoría descansa y pese a los reclamos no hacen nada hubo una noche que estuvieron de fiesta desde las 4 am hasta las 09:00 hora y si quieres hacer algún tour no es compatible ya que no puedes descansar.

Los cuartos son todo uno mismo y el baño solo tiene cortina, no hay mucha privacidad. Pero en general y por el precio pues bien.

DES VOLEURS. Une bande d’escrocs comme j’en ai jamais vu !!! De vrais VOLEURS ! Un conseil ne réservez SURTOUT PAS dans cet hôtel, ils ont refusé de me donner ma chambre, mais ils m’ont quand même prélevé 144€. J’ai demandé un remboursement pendant des mois ils ne m’ont jamais répondu. Bande de voleurs vous méritez de fermer votre hôtel !!!!

I would give then 3 stars, but the bathroom has not door, it was quite inconvenient. Customer Service was good.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE! To call it a Dump is being rude to a dump, its not that good. Dumps don't small as bad.

I paid the deluxe room and they gave me an awful standard room which had no AC, they tried to pass it as if nothing happened and at first I didn't notice until honestly I couldn't stand the huge difference between the photos and the room they gave me. The clearly tried to scam me and they did not apologize.

This place has future potential I believe but not at present. We were on the first floor and later learned about the uniqueness of the second floor, we would have liked it if they would have given us a room on the second floor. We liked the room not because of the decorum but because the California king was very comfortable, had split A/C unit which was more than adequate and also we liked having Netflix to watch movies. This hotel is very close proximity by foot to Coco Bongo, Chedraui Supermarket, Rui Resort, Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and neighboring restaurants . There is a small beach nearby which I won't comment. By the way Christian, our Concierge/Bellhop,was very friendly and helpful. If you are a traveler on the go and need a place just to rest, this affordable hotel is decent even if it doesn't have all the fanfare as the big hotels do.
