Sus habitaciones muy cómodas muy asiado todo muy limpio me encantó. Su personal muy amables muy atentos todas las personas que trabajan en ese hotel. Y muy buena ubicación que tiene y los precios moderados. Pero eso sí tiene muchas escaleras para las personas mayores pues es un poco de problema para ellos. Pero todas sus plantas su jardín todo está muy bonito quedé fascinada. A very nice hotel in Patzcuaro that I loved very much this time that we went through and it was very late and we stayed in this nice hotel. Very comfortable rooms very gracious everything very clean I loved it. Your very friendly staff are very attentive to all the people who work in that hotel. And very good location that has and moderate prices. But that does have many stairs for the elderly because it is a bit of a problem for them. But all your plants your garden everything is very beautiful I was fascinated.

Nuestra primera noche fue en la recámara las garzas, super chiquito, la cama vencida y la regadera tarda en salir agua caliente además dos hilos de agua. Lo bueno ... Hablamos con la encargada que nos pregunto la experiencia y al comentarle del colchón pedimos un cambio de recámara, nos pasaron a una mucho más grande, la cama excelente y el baño grande con suficiente agua caliente pero con un incremento de tarifa que mediamos para que fuera más justo. Recomendación verificar a qué recámara vas a llegar por que en nuestro caso si hubiera sido todo el tiempo las garzas mi calificación hubiera sido de 1* The place is very well located, you can walk everywhere, has parking. El nivel de atención con que trabajan parece una mala broma. Una estrella porque no se puede poner menos Do not book or jokingly in this place, you run the risk that after having paid they will tell you that it is actually in another hotel without Wi-Fi, without parking and without cell phone reception inside the hotel. D	David Leventhal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go to place when in Pátzcuaro. Off the main squares, so quiet but still an easy walk to center. In life's a nice breakfast and staff are super nice. Plus safe off arrest parking in lot across the street. Definitely will continue t return.
