Hotel Estancia Real - 47600 Tepatitlán de Morelos

Super ubicado, caminando a la plaza, al mercado Centenario, a la iglesia , a las paletas El Feo, mi habitacion con vista a la Plaza principal, muebles de muy buen gusto, cama muy comoda, todo se veia muy limpio, servicios funcionando muy bien, la mejor opcion en Tepatitlan, que por cierto tiene una plaza hermosa, limpia, bien cuidada y sin ambulantes, precioso pueblo. Ejemplo para muchos otros.

El hotel está en el primer cuadro del centro histórico de Tepatitlán Jalisco con vista increíble hacía la catedral, el servicio de su personal es amable y cálido. La relación precio y comodidad es proporcional. La cama esta agusto y las habitaciones están limpias y huele a higiene. Algo a mejorar el acceso de terceros hacia la terraza superior

Es una gran opción para hospedarte en Tepa. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, muy limpias, almohadas cómodas, muy bonita vista por el balcón, la ubicación de hotel buenísima en la plaza. La atención es buena-seca, si no preguntas no te indican a que hora es tu check out y tampoco te dan orientación clara a cerca del estacionamiento -❗el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento- Tampoco incluye desayuno, ojalá en un futuro al menos den un descuento en su restaurante Lola en desayuno a los huéspedes.

El problema es que el hotel tiene un restaurante en la planta alta, si te toca habitación abajo del restaurante, escucharas el lavar de platos, los comensales, etc. Si te toca en planta baja los comensales bajan ya tarde lógicamente hablando fuerte, riendo, y todo lo escuchas desde tu habitación.

.Un buen precio y una buena ubicación del hotel en el centro. Puedes escuchar el bar en el techo en la noche. El personal es super amable y las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Partes de los muebles son un poco viejas. Y solo hay una pequeña ventana en el inodoro que provocó una gran infestación de moho que también se puede oler en la ducha. La vista es hermosa.

Great place to stay, Everything within walking distance

There are better hotels close to the square. This hotel overlooks the square, but only rents out to friends and family. It also overlooks Alot of amenities. Try Magno.

After reading great reviews, we booked this property for a family wedding. I will say, it lacked in a few basic ways. The biggest annoyance is the rooftop bar. While a lovey place to have a drink in the afternoon, they blast loud, bass filled music on the weekends until midnight. We are on the first floor and it is booming. I can’t imagine how loud it is on a higher floor. It seems odd to disservice your hotel guests with that level of noise without any disclosures. Also, the rooms are odd. Our “suite” was listed with a balcony, however - it’s just about 6inches wide. A little misleading. The room itself is fine. Odd, but fine. You have to request basic amenities you would expect at a hotel… hair dryers, irons, no tissues in the rooms. We got extra toilet paper to use as tissues. Our room has a shower with a semi-see-through glass wall. Ok. But the shower is all glass, so from the main room - you can basically see straight through the bathroom to someone sitting on the toilet. We used the extra blanket provided to cover it. The only closet is a waist high wardrobe so we had to hang our clothes for the wedding on the shower wall. They have beautiful high ceilings, so why they chose short wardrobe cabinets is odd. Again, it just feels like there wasn’t a lot of attention paid to the experience of a hotel guest. The pluses - great location, nice service, good coffee at the place next to the lobby.
