Hotel Estrella De Huasca - 43500 Huasca de Ocampo

El lugar es agradable, el cuarto está muy frío por dentro, no importa sía fuera hace calor o frío, el cuarto está demasiado frío y te ponen fogata para calentarte pero se acaba muy rapido y no dura mucho tiempo caliente el cuarto, en lo personal no me gustan las fogatas ya que dejan oliendo la ropa a humo y el agua para bañarse esta bien pero sale muy poquito, deberían de poner mesitas para poner tu bolsa, celular, llaves, etc

Es mi lugar predilecto cuando tengo la oportunidad de ir es a dónde llegó, la atención es perfecta si lugar es muy hermoso los pavorreales hermosos, todo todo tendrían que ir para experimentar su hospitalidad ❤️❤️❤️

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y su personal es muy amable desde que haces la reservación. El único pero que le pongo pero se puede mejorar es que ocupan el estacionamiento cómo público y a veces no alcanzan los que están hospedados.

Este hotel es súper bonito, ame demasiado que tuvieran perritos y pavo reales en los jardines, la cabaña es rústica y acogedora, me encantó la decoración del baño, siempre hubo agua caliente y de verdad olía a piedras mojadas, súper agradable. Les recomiendo mucho unirse a noche de leyendas ya que termina en este hotel. Si quieren dormir antes de media noche no es la opción porque por el evento si hay algo de ruido, a nosotros no nos molestó ya que dormíamos hasta la madrugada. Fueron muy muy amables y siempre nos preguntaron si nos faltó algo.

The staff are very nice people, they really used their efforts looking our satisfaction.

Booking is easy once you are there. The room we got was with a double bed and the mattress was in reasonable condition, not overly hard nor soft. The mattress had a plastic cover which we removed for a soft comfortable night. The bedsheet do look quite worn as the fabric was super thin and the elastic of the fitted bedsheet was no longer elastic. The room has a TV with cable TV but we didn't use it that much. The room has no hair dryer, no towel for floor nor for hands, there is no iron nor ironing board. The windows are single glazed and the main door is metal as well as the bathroom door. The bathroom consists in a shower, toilet and small sink. The room includes a fire place which they will lit if you want and charge you $50 mexican pesos to bring another lot of wood. Totally worth it. There was a back door in our bedroom leading to a shared balcony overlooking a small river. The room was very clean with no encounters with insects other than the occasional flies following from outside. The place has some amazing bigger bedroom also with fireplace, totally worth it checking it if you can afford it. The pillows were a bit worn for my taste, i prefer pillows with more body and also thicker bedsheets. The gaps below and above the doors let the cold wind come into the bedroom. We stopped this just by arranging our dirty clothes above and below the entrance and balcony door. The bathroom has a very small window but enough for airing the small size of it. There is a boiler for each bedroom and the hotel staff will turn it on for you on your request. The boiler heats the water within 5 minutes, quite fast and efficient. The hotel has a dog, chickens, rabbits, other birds, turtles and a rooster that will start singing since very early morning and persist well into mid day. Be prepared for it. In general, a great place to stay if you do not mind being totally disconnected from internet. Although the place claims to have internet, there is none.
