★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, el peor hotel en el que me eh hospedado, cada 6 meses viajo al puerto por cuestiones laborales (soy de Coatzacoalcos) y jamás me había quedado en un hotel tan deficiente y sucio, pésimo servicio del personal, no sirve el internet, ni el cable, el control lo pagas aparte y las pilas no funcionan, no tienen colchas, huele mal, baño sucio y con pelos, colchas reutilizables, NO TE HOSPEDES AQUÍ, BUSCA OTRA OPCIÓN, pésimo hotel
Horrible, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, every 6 months I travel to the port for work reasons (I am from Coatzacoalcos) and I had never stayed in such a poor and dirty hotel, terrible service from the staff, the internet does not work, nor the cable, the control you pay separately and the batteries do not work, they do not have bedspreads, it smells bad, dirty bathroom with hair, reusable bedspreads, DO NOT STAY HERE, LOOK FOR ANOTHER OPTION, lousy hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es caro para lo que ofrece, pedí habitación doble, y solo pusieron un jabón pequeño y un sobre de shampoo, y solo una agua de cortesía pequeña, la almohada olía bastante a humedad, la puerta del baño no cerraba, en fin la verdad no lo recomiendo, busquen mas opciones.
