Habitaciones limpias, la cama que me tocó tenía un edredón comodisimo, lo único que diría es que el agua caliente tarda en salir y hay que esperar al rededor de 20 minutos y por lo tanto se tira mucha agua. Pero en general quedé muy satisfecha. The stay was only one night and I was very satisfied with the rest. Clean rooms, the bed that I got had a very comfortable duvet, the only thing I would say is that the hot water takes time to come out and you have to wait around 20 minutes and therefore a lot of water is thrown away. But overall I was very satisfied.

Me llegó a tocar una habitación con una ventana a la que le faltaba un vidrio, en pleno invierno. Como sólo iba de pasada no quise pedir cambio. El estacionamiento es algo incómodo, ya que está a una cuadra del hotel y no está bien diseñado; es algo complicado entrar y salir de él. La presión del agua no es fuerte y no siempre sale agua caliente. El área de regadera no tiene cortinas así que el agua salpica en todo el baño y no es agradable. El personal es atento y servicial; ninguna queja al respecto. Hay mejores opciones en el área por el mismo precio. It is a hotel that meets the minimum expected requirements. The rooms are somewhat old and haven't been renovated in a long time. I got to touch a room with a window that was missing a glass, in the middle of winter. As I was only passing by, I didn't want to ask for change. Parking is somewhat inconvenient, since it is one block from the hotel and is not well designed; it is somewhat difficult to get in and out of it. The water pressure is not strong and hot water does not always come out. The shower area has no curtains so the water splashes all over the bathroom and is not pleasant. The staff is attentive and helpful; no complaints about it. There are better options in the area for the same price.

The restaurant downstairs serves a wide variety of local dishes and makes a pretty solid michelada. -1 star for the hot water being very unreliable and for the WiFi never actually working (neither for smartphones nor laptops)
