★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud de servicio de la recepcionista, por urgencia de llegar a un compromiso ya no pudimos buscar otro hotel porque desde la llegada la recepcionista muy descortés y prepotente ni las buenas noches contesto, y mi factura no me ha llegado a pesar de la exigencia del pago de la misma de inmediato, exijo mi factura porque ya esta pagada y no me ha llegado desde hace una semana.No vuelvo a hospedarme ahi y lo reportaré en otros lados.
Terrible service attitude of the receptionist, due to the urgency of reaching a compromise, we could no longer find another hotel because since arrival the receptionist was very impolite and arrogant and did not answer good night, and my bill has not reached me despite the demand of the I pay it immediately, I demand my invoice because it is already paid and it has not arrived for a week. I will not stay there again and I will report it elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia fue desagradable debido a la actitud prepotente y poco ética del gerente de este Hotel. Ya que la capacidad de su cerebro no da para entender que es un empleado no dios, aunque al parecer eso cree el. Recepcionistas malos, no tienen actitud para atender. Habitaciones no aseadas como debieran. Las camaristas se la pasan chacoteando en los pasillos.
The experience was unpleasant due to the pushy and unethical attitude of the manager of this Hotel. Since the capacity of his brain does not give to understand that he is a non-god employee, although apparently he believes that. Bad receptionists, they have no attitude to attend. Rooms not neat as they should. The chambermaids spend their time chatting in the hallways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ask me to say PIN-code of my bank card to them. I think it is impossoble due to security reasons. And they don't even let me to type PIN-code by myself or to pay by cash. So i have to look for another place.
