A	Alondra TG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo en absoluto, la atención es mala, faltaron dos almohadas en la habitación, fui a solicitarlas y nada. Para acabarla nos cobraron una televisión que estaba estrellada que a simple vista no se ve hasta que la enciendes, es la habitación 108 para que se pongan listos. Tuvimos que acudir a PROFECO, pero aún así no se pudo hacer mucho, no hay reglamento visible, la recepcionista que es robusta tiene una actitud pésima y es muy arregante al igual que el señor que se encuencuentra. Si se soman por la ventana hay basura, las sabanas a simple vista se ven sucias. Además la habitación estaba semiabierta, la recepcipnista no es amable. Si llegan a ir, estén muy alertas y no se dejen estafar, busquen en sus conctactos o acudan a PROFECO ya que está cerca si se les llega a presentar un problema. I do not recommend it at all, the attention is bad, two pillows were missing in the room, I went to request them and nothing. To finish it, they charged us for a television that was crashed that at first glance you can't see until you turn it on, it's room 108 so they get ready. We had to go to PROFECO, but still not much could be done, there are no visible regulations, the receptionist who is robust has a terrible attitude and is very arrogant just like the man she meets. If you look out the window there is garbage, the sheets at first glance look dirty. In addition, the room was half open, the receptionist is not friendly. If you go, be very alert and don't be scammed, look in your contacts or go to PROFECO since it is close if you have a problem.

Ojalá tuviera una opción donde sea de dos personas y una cama Clean facilities and friendly staff. I think it's a good price. What I didn't like is that I went with my partner and they gave us two beds. I wish I had an option where it's two people and one bed

The staff is all but trained in hospitality, there is not payment with credit card (which you are not informed of during the reservation). They made me to go across the city to do my check-in as they said that even that they had my reservation ready, if I did not go and do the check-in I would loose my spot, allegedly, other locations of this chain were asking on why they were turning down customers despite having one empty room. I think they were bluffing and went as far as lying so that I would go and do the check-in securing they occupancy. The room was clean but the bathroom had a couple of stains, the sink was loose and it was obvious that they bedsheets were only straightened but not changed as they were sort of breadcrumbs on them.
