Las de la limpieza muy amables y los chavos de recepción , excepto Fernanda la Gerente es una morena de lentes. Muy mal servicio al cliente por parte de ella. NADA profesional y Aparte de mal encarada y despota te hace bajar por toalla, papel, jabon etc, cundo no quieres limpieza. Ahórrense un disgusto y hospedense en otro hotel. Jamas regresare a ese Hotel!! ??? I was hosted for 2 weeks. My stay was very pleasant, the hotel was very clean and in very good condition. The cleaning ladies are very friendly and the guys at the reception, except Fernanda the Manager is a brunette with glasses. Very bad customer service from her. NOTHING professional and apart from badly faced and despot makes you go down for towel, paper, soap etc, when you do not want cleaning. Save yourself a fuss and stay at another hotel. I will never return to that Hotel !! ???

Incluso se escuchan gemidos y gritos y no hace nada la recepción, el problema es si hay niños en el mismo piso. Dejamos de hospedarnos en el que está cerca de plaza Juárez por los mismos motivos y no cambia la situación. They let people make a racket at night, the music can be at high volume and nothing happens. You can even hear moans and screams and the reception does nothing, the problem is if there are children on the same floor. We stopped staying at the one near Plaza Juárez for the same reasons and the situation hasn't changed.

Obviamente le comentamos que las traíamos y nos dijeron en la recepción que no había problema! Nuestra sorpresa fue cuando salimos y simplemente no estaba nuestra bicicleta! ? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! A bicycle worth more than $ 10,000 was stolen from us and no one is responsible, they just screw each other up!
