★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Terrible. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Less than 1 star. I thought it was supposed to be "all inclusive" like the title said, but no it's not! Do not stay here even if it's free! What a waste!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the WORST service I have even found anywhere! The only thing worse than the front desk service, is the lack of management services. I ask 3 times for 3 different problems (from unclean room to improper billing), to talk to management. I was told all 3 times that there was no one to talk to. I asked to have someone contact me when they where available, and of course, not a peep from management! Was given a number to talk about billing and all they do is hang up on me. DON'T STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!

Food, pools, rooms, service, everything.
I will come this hotel again and for sure I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an OK hotel. Definitely updating. WiFi is sketchy. Some of the bathroom fixtures were broken (toilet seat missing a screw, very annoying eapecially when trying to keep a 4yr old from falling in). The buffet breakfast and lunch were at best mediocre but inexpensive for the area. Friendly staff and a secret salt water pool were the best parts, though the salt water pool tended to be usablehalf the time (they fill it with water from the ocea everyday).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really noisy bar, with a speaker in the pool area that stay on until 11:pm or more. If you want to sleep and rest don't come here. Hotel do not look as on pictures on the website. Poor room cleaned. No telephone in the room if you need anything you have to walk to the front desk. Also you can not swim in the beach is very dangerous, open water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entertainment staff is very nice and polite. The problem is that the rooms are not that nice, they don't clean good, the same meals most of the time, sometimes they don't leave toilet paper in the rooms' bathroom, can't go near the ocean because is to dangerous, cleaning is to the bare minimum and the pictures are not accurate to the current hotel; they are lies! Also the beds to the pool are crappy and needs upgrades also very bad wifi.
