★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar excelente para descansar, la habitación súper limpia, las camas y almohadas están deliciosas. Dormimos muy agusto, el agua calientita como nos gusta, los espacios verdes muy buen cuidados. La atención es lo mejor, muy amables y cálidos todos los que laboran ahí. Sin duda pensamos regresar!
 It is an excellent place to rest, the room is super clean, the beds and pillows are delicious. We slept very comfortably, the water warm as we like it, the green spaces very well maintained. The attention is the best, very friendly and warm everyone who works there. We definitely plan to return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es agradable, el personal con disponibilidad y amabilidad, a excepción del gerente que descortés, y despota, Sus jardines y áreas, aunque pequeñas son confortables, siguen un reglamento estricto, pero el aire acondicionado, no funciona, tampoco la caja fuerte, el agua de la alberca está fría, entre otras cosas, que sería lo de menos, si se compensará con otras actividades, y atenciones, que personal si lo entiende y procura realizarlo, pero la gerencia de lo prohíbe, al menos es mi experiencia en ese hotel, máxime cuando se trata de la boda de una hija.
Son perder de vista que uno como cliente y ciudadano debe ser responsable de sus actos.
Dependiendo a qué vayan y que uso le den al hotel, sería la recomendación.

The place is nice, the staff with availability and kindness, except for the manager who is rude and rude, Its gardens and areas, although small are comfortable, follow strict regulations, but the air conditioning does not work, neither does the safe, the water in the pool is cold, among other things, which would be the least of it, if it will be compensated with other activities, and attentions, that the staff understands it and tries to do it, but the management prohibits it, at least it is my experience in that hotel, especially when it comes to a daughter's wedding.
They are losing sight of the fact that one as a client and citizen must be responsible for their actions.
Depending on what they go for and what they use the hotel for, it would be the recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reseña es la siguiente, para nosotros nos pareció muy agradable y las instalaciones excelentes, tanto la recámara y la tranquilidad del sitio, la amabilidad del personal es muy buena, pero lo que no gusto fue la alberca, Es muy chica y no pudimos nadar que es lo buscamos, ojalá pudiera estar caliente además. Estos son mis comentarios y esperamos regresar muy pronto.
