El check in fue súper tardado a pesar de que éramos los únicos y el personal no está capacitado, aunque se disculparon argumentando ser nuevos, no hubo un recibimiento apropiado. Nos hospedamos en la habitación chocolate y la limpieza era deficiente, desde el edredón que tenía algunas manchas hasta las tazas y la cafetera con polvo no es lo que esperábamos de un hotel boutique que se anuncia en google como 5 estrellas. Por la mañana tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente de la regadera que nos hizo perder cerca de 30 minutos para poder salir. Afortunadamente solo estuvimos una noche porque no volvería. Definitely bad experience. Check in was super late despite the fact that we were the only ones and the staff is not trained, although they apologized claiming to be new, there was no proper reception. We stayed in the chocolate room and the cleanliness was poor, from the duvet that had some stains to the cups and the powdery coffee pot not what we expected from a boutique hotel that is advertised on google as 5 stars. In the morning we had problems with the hot water in the shower that made us lose about 30 minutes to get out. Fortunately we only stayed one night because I would not return.

La mía me costo 2900 y era horrible , la recepcion del hotel impresentable y el jardin con la mesa y la sillas sucias. The hotel seems abandoned has nothing to do with the photos that show a suite of 4000 pesos. Mine cost me 2900 and it was horrible, the hotel reception unpresentable and the garden with dirty table and chairs.

Ubicación perfecta muy cerca de la plaza principal. ¡Muy recomendable! A very nice place with a good vibe. The room is very comfortable and beautiful. Clean and very rich breakfast. Perfect location very close to the main square. Highly recommended!

The restroom door could not be closed from outside. As it's been like that for a long time, maintenance could not fix it at that time. I was given "The White Room," Other rooms may be better. Una estrella por lo cómodo de la cama y otra estrella por el excelente desayuno. La puerta del baño no cerraba por fuera, y como siempre ha estado así no había manera de arreglarlo según mantenimiento. Este cuarto que me dieron se llama"Cuarto Blanco." Es probable que otros cuartos estén mejores. El cuarto estaba demasiado chico y no hay espacio para acomodar nada. Eso sí, excelente ubicación. The bed was comfortable, excellent Mexican breakfast. M	Mauricio Toro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is very well located and the staff is very nice. The hotel has 6 rooms and each room has its own wifi. Everyother wifi works except our’s. We have told the staff several times but no wifi. Hard thing to not have for and international traveller

The hotel is pretty and so are the rooms ....everything was perfect until we got the only room that had a broken Wi-Fi.. lucky us NO INTERNET FOR OUR WHOLE STAY..... The manager offered us to switch to the only other room available which coincidentally was the presidential suite worth a lot more....but of course we would have to pay the difference. Does that sound reasonable? No...he never managed to change or fix our router and we didn't want to pay the suite so ROAMING for the whole weekend. We'll see how much it's worth later..... Thanks for offering something you don't have, false advertisement. Don't stay here if you plan to talk to your family at the end of the day....otherwise it's a nice okay with helpfull staff that can't make desicions without their managers approval (he's never there, not helpfull) Wouldn't stay there again ...
