Son amables, pero me engañaron al decirme que habia agua caliente solo para que me hospedara y era una vil mentira con el frio que hacia. De noche dejan a un menor de edad cuidando todo el hotel, el cual es muy descortes cuando tienes un problema y no hay nadie mas para ayudar. La ropa de cama olia muy mal y a pesar de que tienen wifi este no llega adentro de la habitacion, hay que salirse al pasillo para tener señal. El baño tiene algunos problemas de diseño y si no tienes cuidado el agua puede salirse hasta el pasillo. Well, I did poorly at this hotel. They are kind, but they tricked me into telling me that there was hot water just for me to stay in and it was a vile lie with how cold it was. At night they leave a minor taking care of the entire hotel, which is very rude when you have a problem and there is no one else to help. The bedding smelled very bad and despite the fact that they have Wi-Fi, it does not arrive inside the room, you have to go out into the hall to have a signal. The bathroom has some design issues and if you are not careful the water can leak into the hallway.
E	Exito Total Canal Oficial on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo hotel, mala atención de las personas de la noche, para una habitación con 5 personas solo te dan dos mitades de toalla, no te dan cobijas más que una, los colchones en mal estado, la habitación llena de Zancudos. Nada recomendado It is a terrible hotel, poor attention from people at night, for a room with 5 people they only give you two halves of a towel, they don't give you more blankets than one, the mattresses in bad condition, the room full of stilt walkers. Nothing recommended
