★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención. Habitaciones deficientes. Fue dificil poder ponerle seguro a las puertas, la televisión no funcionaba bien y la puerta del baño se trancaba y no funcionaba su seguro. De todas maneras fue una experiencia inolvidable visitar Zaragoza y permanecer en el hotel florencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están amplios y limpios los cuartos, solo que la tv no se veían los canales porque al parecer no se ha pagado el sistema de cable, de ahí en lo demás, todo está muy bien!!
