★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitaciones regular, para lo que cobran, pedimos King Size nos dieron una cama matrimonial pero como solo fue una noche no importo, no había toallas de mano, no tenían ganchos para colgar la ropa, buena ubicación.
Regular rooms, for what they charge, we asked for King Size they gave us a double bed but as it was only one night it did not matter, there were no hand towels, they did not have hooks to hang clothes, good location.

Muy bien ubicado cerca de ambas centrales de autobuses. El restaurante sirve excelente comida a precios razonables. Mi hotel favorito en la ciudad.
A wonder for the price. The staff is very friendly and solves you at the moment, the spacious rooms and I had a smart tv and a silent climate. Very well located near both bus stations. The restaurant serves excellent food at reasonable prices. My favorite hotel in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones están bien, limpias y agradables, el problema es que entras y tiene un olor a drenaje sobre todo al entrar al baño, y pues eso sí es desagradable. Ojo que no quiere decir que no estén limpias las habitaciones al contrario pero como que tienen un problema con los filtros del drenaje, el estacionamiento es pequeño, y no cuenta con elevadores, habitaciones desde $550. Si se me hace un poco elevado para lo que recibes. Está bien ubicado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the service was excellent from my first phone call regarding prices amenities in reservations until check out the staff really goes out of their way to assist yes and to provide a comfortable friendly v atmosphere the rooms are clean and comfortable there was plenty of hot water and furniture is functional and in good condition including modern bathroom fixtures and comfortable mattresses the restaurant had good food and was moderately priced Florencia pays attention to details whether we're talking the towels presented on the bed folded into crowns or the variety of tasty salsas available in the restaurant and one of the most important amenities to me was the very fast and reliable internet with up and download speeds around 45 MPS. all of this and a quiet relaxing environment centrally located I doubt one could find a hotel with the quality of amenities and service for anywhere near this price in the poza Rica area and I would recommend hotel Florencia to anyone from Singles or couples two families and business people
