El personal muy atento, habitaciónes limpias, camas comodas... 100% recomendable.
Very good little hotel to rest and very close to the Cathedral of Morelia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo, entraron a robar a mi cuarto y no hicieron nada, y el recepción a veces esta una señora negra de lentes que se comporta super pésimo es grosera... el elevador funcionaba y hacia que la gente discapacitada subiera caminando las escaleras
lousy service, I do not recommend it, they entered my room to steal and did nothing, and sometimes the reception is a black lady with glasses who behaves super lousy is rude ... the elevator worked and made disabled people walk up the stairs
