I arrived by auto bus from Uruapan. We stayed 4 days. The food was terribly maintained and everyone got food poisoning. The employees need customer service training. The cleanliness could of been better but the dealbreaker was the food poisoning. I would not reccomend this place as an all inclusive as it is terrible. Save your money and do Airbnb and buy your food. Worst vacation ever.....

Does not feel like a 4 star hotel. We stayed here for 7 nights with all inclusive. Our room was outdated. Doors and furniture was patched and re-patched. Our bathroom had 2 old leaks. The variety was very limited between 2 restaurants and snack bar. For a few days the hotel was over booked with all inclusive tenants and the restaurants were full and could not keep up with the food.

Had a great stay. Considering it's a 3 star it was fantastic. Staff was great food was great. No extras in room like coffee and fridge is just for show but really how much time do you spend in your room. Getting a seat by pool and on beach is pretty tricky but had a wonderful time.

Be aware of the check out. Checkout took foreveeeerrrrrrr. They only had one person checking out. Also, In addition to this, my cousins broke his wrist at this hotel and was taken to the hospital. His plastic bracelet was cut out at the hospital and was not returned. At check out they made us paid. I understand their polices but they should be understandable and flexible.

If I could put a 0/5 I would! Was put in a room on 4th floor found a cockroach notified the front desk and was placed into a room on the 2nd floor room was worse the A/C wasn’t working and many mosquitoes in the room my husband got 15 mosquito bites just on one arm. Notified the front desk about the a/c they said they would send someone to fix it. Someone was sent to the room and they supposedly fixed it but it stopped working. I notified someone again and no one showed up. I personally went up to the front desk and let staff know about the a/c not working and they offered a fan and to have someone else fix the a/c . Someone went to fix the a/c again and he said it supposedly worked to give it time I gave it an hour and it was still hot. Had to go back downstairs to speak to someone and this other staff member finally decided to switch our room. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!

My wife & I stayed from Dec.16 2020 - Dec. 23 2020 on our honeymoon from Nashville Tennessee, reception was rude, bar didn’t open till 11:30 am which said opened at 10:30 am. The kitchen staff had an attitude while serving food , asked for small or big amounts they give you what they want not what you ask for. The line to get food was long not enough staff in the kitchen. The milk and orange Juice was way reduce with water, tasted awful. The food was awful that we ended eating out instead. The rooms are out of date, dirty. The mattress were stained the covers yellow with pee stain. The air conditioning was not working and they didn’t do anything about it till the last day we were leaving. The bathroom toilet had an old leak, the shower was plugged up and they didn’t do anything till the last day. Tried going to the beach at night and the staff wouldn’t let us. The activities were kid friendly but very limited “not fun” . Kids running around on both pools. The lobby was packed on our departure and we had a flight schedule and a taxi waiting for us, it would help if they just had a drop off box and when I explained I was in a hurry. The lobby staff ignored. I was not every happy with this trip, if I could go back to the day I booked I wouldn’t even dare to look into this horrible “resort”. Never coming back, Mr.Lopez

Very bad experience. The stuff there told us to park in the wrong place which had our plate to be got off and plus one penalty. The most annoying part was they claimed they were not responsible for this?

It was average. Location was great, some of the staff were great, others not so. Don't think it's really catered for international tourists, more for locals. We went just before Easter so the place was 95% locals. We reserved a room with a garden view, our room was looking out into a parking lot and didn't feel safe as someone could easily get in. We asked for an upgrade to an ocean view and we paid extra for it. The view was great but the room was not that great at all Bathroom needed a good upgrade as did the rest of the room. No outlet anywhere in the room except for the bathroom. We phoned to have someone bring an extension so that I could plug in my CPAP machine. They brought a long wire with an exposed outlet and said it ok to use. Anyway, lucky for us they moved us to another room. Much better but didn't have closet space to put your clothes. Got better room but didn't get the other. Don't think I'll be going there anytime soon. It was not worth the money we paid. Will be writing a review on Air Canada site as it was and Air Canada vacation
