Room was clean, cold ac, good service over all

Good staff and clean room. But the food service needs work

Not a good place to stay with family, to me that looks more like a motel, not a hotel, our room was infested with roaches,no hot water , I would never stay there again

This "motel" is not for a quiet night with family. This is a party motel. There was music playing very loud until 5am. There was over 10 burn marks on the bathroom sink from cigarettes, cocaroach semi dead on bathroom floor and wifi didn't work. If your looking to party at a 4ft pool all night then this is the place. The restaurant served burnt eggs...I'm not being picky just being honest.

****Theft/ Robó**** We stayed at this hotel just because it had a pool big mistake. The ceiling had mold. The bedding had cigarette burnes and the decorating edges were falling off. The pillows were flat. We asked for another towel they said they only give 2 towels for a room of 4 people... They don't give you a remote control for the a/c you have to call and have them come to your room and adjust the ac up or down For you. They allow anyone to have parties until 3 am with loud music and loud people. The black out curtains were to short allowing all the outside lights in the room at night. The cleaning staff stole my Flip flops... Yes my Flip flops... Really nice ones the ones with a platform with yoga mat lining for extra comfort with bling on top... Really nice... the manager said she would look at the security tape... she did but didn't see the cleaning lady take anything... Like the cleaning lady would flash the camera that she took them. AftrrwaiAfter for 35 min for some kind of reprimand she just said they didn't see anything... Then I ask the front desk attendant what the manger name was and she tells me she wasn't there today. So who was looking at the security tape.... Yes she said tape's... She just shook her head no apologies no compensation...

Cute place right across the border...nice staff and comfortable rooms

Hotel is clean, quiet and friendly. Hot water, cable and food.

It's a very good hotel I really love the pool and if you really just want to go to the pool they let you the rooms are perfect and clean the restaurant is delicious and the location is right in front of a border
