★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy bien el servicio, las camas de las agitación están comodas y el buffet está a un precio muy accesible, el único detalla es que casi no sale agua caliente.
 The service is very good, the agitation beds are comfortable and the buffet is at a very affordable price, the only detail is that there is hardly any hot water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El problema con este hotel fue la atención al servicio:
1. No respetaron mi reservación para tres personas, y en lugar de eso me dieron una habitación para dos personas. Me hicieron pagar más por la habitación que ya había reservado.
2. El famoso Buffet que incluyen es solo para una persona por reservación, y el problema es que no te dicen eso hasta que ya quieres tomar el Buffet.
3. Si quieres pagar con tarjeta no tienen terminal. Hazle como quieras pero solo te aceptan efectivo.
4. Para conseguir la verdadera clave del Wi-fi tienes que dar una propina al personal de limpieza.
La verdad una pésima atención al cliente, yo buscaría otra opción hasta de llegar a este hotel.
The problem with this hotel was the attention to service:
1. They did not honor my reservation for three people, and instead gave me a room for two people. They made me pay more for the room I had already booked.
2. The famous Buffet that they include is only for one person per reservation, and the problem is that they don't tell you that until you want to have the Buffet.
3. If you want to pay by card they don't have a terminal. Do what you want but they only accept cash.
4. To get the real Wi-fi key you have to tip the cleaning staff.
The truth is terrible customer service, I would look for another option until I reached this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable but service was poor. They gave us the TV remote control for a different room's TV. The wifi password was for a different part of the hotel. There was no hot water. Good location.
