★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place to have a getaway, whether coming from outside or being a neighbor from the city. It is definitely the best hotel in the city! It is located in the main quarter of the city. It has all the amenities and all the charm you may find in Aguascalientes! It has been the best hotel since 1990. I do believe its only competing "brother" is way far south, close to the airport: Hyatt. I don't think any other hotel stands a chance to match the excellent service and price Hotel Francia offers to its guests and people in general...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is horrible! The woman at the front desk are so rude. I booked 2 rooms and was not told that the breakfast buffet was not included! I was under the impression that it was. It’s even listed as free under Google? Anyway I spoke with a manager and ended up getting the breakfast buffet for free. What a shame this is a nice hotel in Aguas but they need to get it together. The rooms were nice as well. Beds are kind of hard. The location was very convenient, so close to the church and restaurants. They provide free WiFi and great smelling travel size complimentary shampoo/conditioner and lotion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room service stole my sister's necklace. Worth $1000.00 dollars. They only left the bag were she had it inside her backpack. Manager was rude and did not do anything about it. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I felt unsafe and left hotel three nights before my checkout day. They did not give me a refund for those nights.
No lo recomiendo, le robaron a mi hermana su cadena. Solo le dejaron la bolsita de la cadena adentro de su mochila. La gerente muy grocera y no quiso ayudar a solucionar el problema. Me sali del hotel 3 noches antes de el termino de mi reservacion, no me regresaron mi dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous pictures of the hotel, so signed up for 6 days. Carpet was filthy. Almost all the lights were on or had to be off, no microwave or refrigerator. Linens were dirty, hairs on some of them. Toilet back was cracked. To refill the toilet it took about 5 minutes. Door to adjoining room could see through. Fire hazard location. Decided to leave after just one day as had some family issues. No reimbursement so don't sign up for more than one day as taking a risk. Perhaps the other rooms are the exception. Just beware.
