The air conditioner doesn't go lower than 16 Celsius which makes the room hot

This is an okay hotel, but there are some issues to consider. It's in an old colonial building with an inner courtyard, All the rooms open into the courtyard. So the rooms at the back of the building have no windows. Their only openings are the French doors. When you close the doors, you're in a closed cube with no ventilation. The rooms at the front of the building do have windows, but they open onto one of the busy feeder streets going into the main plaza. The noise level is very high, even with the big double French doors open to the outside closed. You get to choose between no ventilation or no peace.

Very well located in Puebla's downtown. Quite good price. The building is really nice. Old but refurbished. The room was too hot even with the fan.

This hotel is walking distance to Zocalo and many other must see. The hotel is completely remodeled with plenty of charm ?. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but has all necessary essential you need as comfy bed, clean, quiet and reasonable price. Rooms with balcony are the same price but have street noisy ...Most definitely will stay at this hotel on future trips to Puebla ?

Very comfortable, very clean and cozy place. Wifi was working just great. Location is perfect. The parking is in a few blocks away from the hotel, but you shouldnt worry - stuff will help you with that, you can just leave your car near the front door. Just remember to ask for a room with a window.

Great hotel at affordable price. Very clean, modern bathrooms. The hotel staff is accommodating. The hotel building is a two levels colonial style with a garden and seating area in the center. Street side rooms, with windows can be very noisy. The rest of the rooms are windowless ,but nice and quiet , equipped with air conditioning . All rooms have fans. The hotel is located in the city centre walking distance to Zocalo park , Cathedral, most churches , shops and cafés .

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this one is definitely worth it. First of all, they asked me to leave my passport as a deposit for the AC remote control, which seemed ridiculous, so I just used the fan instead. Secondly, on my last day I asked if I can vacate the room and leave my luggage at the reception and go for a walk, to which they agreed without mentioning any specific time for me to come back for it. I came back later on and asked to take something from the bag, which again was met without any issues. However, when I returned once again to put my laptop back in the bag as it started to rain heavily, the older lady at the reception insisted that I should take all my bags and leave immediately. I really needed just half an hour more to have dinner before I leave, but she was adamant, so I had to take all my luggage to cafe in the heavy rain. Honestly, I wouldn’t complain if that happened at some cheap place, but at the hotel like this you expect better attitude from the staff. It’s kind of sad that your stay at a nice place like this can be ruined by lack of proper communication from personnel. Will definitely not stay here again.

Worst experience! They gave us room with no windows and AC didn't work. They refused to change room and staff was rud!!
