HOTEL FULTON - 44610 Guadalajara

Todo mal. Menos 5 estrellas . La atención en recepción malisima es poco. Las habitaciones sucias, piso lleno de polvo. Pagué 10 noches y es la 5ta noche y no han cambiado sábanas ni toallas. No sirve el Internet. Encontré mi habitación abierta. Pedí una plancha y la llevaron 50 min después. Hay dios todo mal. El gerente Español nunca está y cuando está te atiende 1 minuto. Pedí la salida adelantada y cancelar las 6 noches que restan, llevo 3 horas esperando al gerente y nada De verdad háganse un favor y no se hospeden aquí. En 3 horas 3 visto más de 9 quejas de huéspedes. Que daño le hace éste lugar a Guadalajara.

El hotel es lindo, moderno y elegante, pero le falta mejorar el servicio, mejorar la limpieza en las habitaciones y corredores (vi la misma basura en las escaleras los 3 días que estuve ahí). También deben ampliar el menú de desayunos.

Bonitas instalaciones, sobre todo muy buena ubicacion. Pero hasta ahi, he tenido mejores experiencias hasta en un Airbnb, - Tenia una reservacion ya hecha/pagada y no respetaron mi primer noche esa habitacion. - No hubo acercamiento del personal para decir que iba a pasar con el monto que se pago extra, ya que me mandaron a una habitacion de menor costo. - Las recepcionistas del turno matutino son muy elitistas. Si eres turista extranjero todo bien, pero al local hasta parece que les debes de tu agradecer por estar ahi. Les falta un poquito, nada mas poquito de "customer service" eso cambiaria mucho. - Despues de que se me asigno mi segunda habitacion, olia en serio a coladera, tuvimos que mover el piso de la regadera para que dejara de oler. La verdad que, con todo esto para ser un hotel nuevo , la experiencia estuvo sin sabor. Ya he leido por ahi reviews como este, en lo personal no es que yo les recomiende NO ir, pero si tengan mucho cuidado.

Hotel de gran diseño, excelentísimo servicio, todo el personal muy accesible y disponible a ayudarte. Las habitaciones muy limpias, amplias y cómodas. Es una opción diferente a los hoteles convencionales pero vale mucho la pena porque te deja cautivado.

Bellísimo hotel, excelente servicio a clientes... También tiene caja fuerte/seguridad en cada habitación, gratis. Mariana, quien me recibió y atendió, es una gran persona... Hola Mariana! El gerente del hotel es muy buena persona, me ayudó a buscar mi móvil que había perdido... Además es guapo!

Esta bastante comodo y en un area donde es clave para ir a varias partes. Ademas que hay muchos restaurantes en el area. Andares plaza esta a solo 10 min de ahi. El buffete no me encanto y la atencion de las chavas que estan en mostrador podria ser un poco mas amable. The hotel it's ok, small and nice. Is in a really nice area I must say, and Andares plaza is only 10 min away in uber. In the area there's so much restaurants. Also, the girls from the reception can do a lot better if at least they smile when you are talking to them... well about the food upstairs... so so, includes breakfast so won't cost you... but not recommended to eat... Although the guys in the restaurant are the best... super nice attentions. Ps don't get the balcony, is not worthy... to noisy...

Rooms are quite small, but is not disturbing, looks modern and the internet connection was also very good (ping 8ms) The first night when we arrived the bed covers looked fresh but these were a bit dirty as if someone had already lain in them.

My name is Luis Alberto Quiroga. I made my reservation through Booking for the Fulton Business Luxury Hotel in Guadalajara, Mexico. I am a frequent traveler, but rarely have I experienced such disastrous service as this hotel. The breakfast and its food is bad in general, but the worst thing is the cleanliness and arrangement of the rooms. Yesterday they just didn't make the bed and left the whole room dirty. We presented our claim to three people so that this would not happen again. Well today again the room was not fixed or cleaned. Booking cannot deceive people by offering great wonders of this hotel when it is evident that it does not have them. This is called scam. For its part, the hotel, if it intends to have clients, cannot allow these events without supervising its staff. Our recommendation to all potential Fulton clients is not to be fooled and withdraw their reservations.
