★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and pleasant hotel room. Check-in was fast and the clerk was very courteous. The restaurant was slow in service, but the food was decent. The hotel was quiet all through my 2-night stay. The shower stall had a tendency to leak water into the vanity area, but it was not a desaster. The hotel lost their network connection on my checkout day, and were not able to run my receipt. I'm still waiting for my receipt to arrive in email inbox. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The greatest place to escape form routine or enjoy a good rest weekend. The roof has the most incredible view of Irapuato. The rooms are pretty comfortable with the proper size. Gym, spa and all of the amenities you can ask for.
Great food, good drinks and the best service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel and staff. Service was great. Upon check in we were told they had run out of the 2 rooms we reserved but they upgraded us to 2 suites. The rooms were quite comfortable, clean and spacious. Great view from the rooftop of Irapuato. Very close to the fairgrounds which is where we were going to. The breakfast buffet was very good and offered a good variety. Would definitely stay here again. The only confusion I had was how to turn on the lights in the room. I figured out that you have to insert the room key into a little slot by a light switch on the wall. I would have appreciated being explained what to do when checking in. Other than that it was a great stay.
