★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice hotel with friendly staff but as soon as I logged into the Wifi my computer and phone were immediately hacked. My passwords were being scammed and it literally shut down my electronics. I suggest being VERY careful when using this Wifi as it caused me 2 weeks of grief and hours of getting the problem corrected when I got back to the states. It gets 1 start ONLY because of the Wifi problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good place to enjoy a delicious buffette every morning. Fresh produce and good quality meals is something you can really make an every day treat. Great service and reasonable prices. I really recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an outdated hotel. Noises from next room are heard easily, which is uncomfortable. Good breakfast, nice location since it is located inside a shopping center so there are plenty of places to eat lunch or dinner besides the hotel's restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spotlessly clean. Only negative was I found the property very expensive compared to other properties in Veracruz. It's not on the beach, 5-10 minute walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good stay here ! Comfortable rooms with good accommodation. Superb right in the shopping center with shuttle to the beach club which is very nice. The breakfast is good and tasty. Although a bit expensive overall but it is worth it. Staff is very friendly and attentive, helpful. Free Parking with parking services! Pool at the hotel is nice and warm.
