★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well located, 20 minutes from the airport. Seafood and Mexican restaurants, and pharmacy within 50m. Friendly staff. Encountered issues with the elevators, very slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is small but comfortable. Close to the mall and a lot of businesses, in other words, very well placed. There is also a pool and a restaurant. Ideal if you're staying in town a couple of days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like to watch TV in English stay away , all tv channels are in Spanish , we have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over Mexico and have the option of changing our audio to English on our TV programing ,especially on channels that are english programs,but not here in Colima ,we were here with a big group of only English language football fans and were forced to watch NFL playoffs games in Spanish witch was horrible ,after pleading with reception and the so called engineer at the hotel who should be fired if he could not do something as simple as change a channel to its native language ,horrible stay,stay away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location was perfect for our needs. Access the the hotel can be a bit confusing. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The one negative is that the walls are thin. We could hear talking in the hall and toilets flushing in surrounding rooms.
