Most wonderful place on earth! Service , food setting are all amazing!

Disappointed that the hotel is not sold out and spend 800+ in a 2 bedroom suite and they put you on the ground floor with no view. Told us we couldn't change rooms. Food service is great. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

Avoid room service and pass on the butler. Both were -5, while every other aspect was amazing. Service was amazing, restaurant dining was awesome. Someone who doesn't like you makes the room service food. Always cold, poor quality, poor taste. Butler would take your calls and then do nothing - useless. The view, the people +5

The hotel is very beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The reason I am giving such a bad review is because the front desk staff is terrible. They try to sell you on a membership the moment you walk in and put that as a priority over your vacation. DO NOT LET Bonnie serve you as your trip adviser. She is very incompetent and will waste your time trying to sell you on things. Overall the place looks amazing but beware of the front desk salespeople. Especially Bonnie.

Every meal we had here was high quality, delicious, and beautifully presented. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. All the toilet seats are heated. The hot tubs on the balconies are also heated.

The room is the nicest feature here period. We have a wedding here and all our guest all love their room. Their penthouse on building 1 (where the check-in) is very spacious but other toward the mountain is way over the top, seriously it doesn't look like a room, so spacious it looks like a nice hotel lobby! The beach is ok some sandy, some rock. Normally we would like to take a long walk along the beach, maybe it's possible but it looks some what rocky thus we didn't try. With some hardy shoes, perhaps, I just packed a pair of sandals so just stay around our resort. Water is nice and warm. Biggest complaint is the food, or the lack of it. Yes there is a buffet, but only for breakfast, otherwise it sit down, which is ok, unless sometime we kinda just want to pop in grab something quick. Yes there is room service but the same menu so after a few days it grows old. The pool's restaurant close at 6, is this normal?

I would have given it 5 stars in service, but didn't as it took an average of an hour to get room service at any time. Other than that the service was amazing every where else. Great view from the hotel room and many different pools to hang out at as well as the ocean. The spa is amazing and worth every penny as it is an experience in it self.

Best hotel I've ever been to probably. If you come, make sure to get the all inclusive package. In the end you will save money! It's so worth it. Food is amazing and staff is lovely. Great views, awesome nature trails and amazing restaurants
