★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, rooms are nice, pool is clean, etc. Unfortunately the mosquitoes can turn your visit into a nightmare. The hotel is definitely not worth staying if you have to stay indoors due to this infestation.

The BEST hotel in town for cleanliness, old Mexican style and gourmet meals.No mosquitos when we we there tis November and any November that we have been.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ room 8 was terrible noisy and concrete beds.....restaurant was closed at 8 when we arrived....this chef is lazy her salsa was terrible and her chilaquiles were watery with no taste...plus 8 to 10 for breakfast....dinner 1 to 8....i usually dont write bad reviews but this place was not good at anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rooms but you have to like firm beds...pool was welcome after sunny sweaty afternoons... The air conditioning worked very well, breakfast and supper in the restaurant were very good... Shrimp dinner was generous and very tasty. Stayed a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Awesome hotel ever! The hotel manager was amazing! We attended a wedding in advance of Hurricane Nora. Concerned for our safety, she asked us to return around 10pm before the storm got too bad. Upon our return, she was there waiting for us like mom to take care of us. The storm was really strong but so was the hotel. We never lost power for more than about 30 seconds when all of our friends in other hotels were without power for the entire night. Next time we visit the area, we're staying there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with great food in the restaurant. Closes a little early but good. The rooms were decent and clean however just remember to bring an adapter for your computer. Great to have wifi but no 3 prong plugs!
