Y	Yeyo smile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atencion al gerente y dueño de este hotel. El dia de ayer 22 de enero 2020 llegue cerca de las 11pm al hotel. Cuando llegue pregunte por disponibilidad y el joven que me atendio me contesto de mala gana que si. Sinceramente me hospede por la hora y sobre todo el frio que no se soportaba. Enseguida entre, me registre y pague 400 pesos por la noche. Una vez que estaba el registro me dio las llaves y un control remoto y me dijo es la habitacion 4, muy despota el tipo. Le pregunte por donde estaba la habitacion y molesto levanto la mano y me dijo ahi, señalando a unos 5 metros dentro de un pasillo casi a un lado de la recepcion. Le comente si tenia alguna otra habitacion en piso mas alto o segunda planta lejos de la recepcion y dijo NO, le dije mis motivos: el ruido de la recepcion, una puerta que hace mucho ruido por el estacionamiento y las posibles salidas y llegadas y simplemente dijo NO HAY. En fin.... le dije donde estacionan el carro y contesto el tipo..... alla atras!, como si conociera el estacionamiento del hotel...., finalmente fui lo estacione y cuando llegue a la habitacion me percate que no habia mas cobijas y pedi y una extra a lo que contesto no tengo y me ignoro. Le dije regresame el dinero y abre la puerta por que no me gusto el servicio y fue cuando dijo voy a sacar una cobija de otra habitacion, entonces dije entre mi, este tipo por su actitud simplemente no me dio otra habitacion,.....es decir, que si tenia mas habitaciones simplemente su servicio es pesimo. Señor gerente o dueño este tipo de personas no deben estar en su negocio, pensaba estar por una semana pero el servicio me obligo a dejarlo a las 10 hrs posteriores debido a que habia mucho ruido y azotaban la puerta del estacionamiento. la chica del turno de la mañana le platique mi experiencia y muy amable me escucho y se disculpo, sin embargo quise dejar el comentario por que me dicen que no hay dueño y el gerente nunca esta.
