★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los que atienden en el restaurante son muy amables. En especial el chavo de la mañana. Súper gentil y servicial. Al hotel le hace falta remodelación pero tiene lo básico para pasar la noche sin lujos ni tantas comodidades. La atención del personal es regular, pero no por ello mal, algunos son más gentiles que otros.
 Those who serve in the restaurant are very friendly. Especially the guy in the morning. Super nice and helpful. The hotel needs remodeling but it has the basics to spend the night without luxuries or so many amenities. The attention of the staff is regular, but not bad, some are more courteous than others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona opzione nel pieno centro storico, anche se le camere sarebbero da risistemare, ma per il prezzo e la posizione non credo che ci sia di meglio, le camere che danno sulla strada sono rumorose, se volete più tranquillità chiedete una interna e non sentirete il rumore del traffico.
Good option in the historic center, even if the rooms would need to be refurbished, but for the price and the location I don't think there is any better, the rooms facing the street are noisy, if you want more tranquility ask for an internal one and you will not hear the traffic noise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen hotel, la vista es muy buena, el servicio es horrible ya que la recepcionista por la mañana fue muy grocera, la televicion no encendia por que estaba mal el enchufe. El agua estaba muy fria es un buen lugar si quieres una buena vista, mal servicio y necesitas descansar.
It is a good hotel, the view is very good, the service is horrible since the receptionist in the morning was very rude, the television did not turn on because the plug was bad. The water was very cold, it is a good place if you want a good view, bad service and you need to rest.
