Terrible service the receptionist treats you in a bad way as if you were going to ask for a room on trust I will never set foot in that place again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones bien, el servicio de recepción pésimo, groseros y cero sentido de atención al cliente, me pidieron la habitación aún diciendo que pagaría otra noche, nunca me había pasado.
The facilities are fine, the reception service lousy, rude and zero sense of customer service, they asked me for the room even saying that I would pay another night, it had never happened to me.

Family rooms, large, clean, good location, but AWFUL attention from the receptionist, staff without ANY education. Too bad, we got there for an emergency and we would never return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente ese no dejará de ser un lugar de paso, LA RECEPCIONISTA ES SÚPER DÉSPOTA Y GROSERA AL ATENDER y honestamente no comprendo como es que el dueño y el gerente estando ahí no le digan nada y dejan que esta tipita nos trate como si les fueramos a pedir hospedaje gratuito, uno va a relajarse o pasar un buen momento por el ajetreo diario y terminas enfadad@ por este tipo de actitudes, NO LO RECOMIENDO!!!
Definitely that will not stop being a place of passage, THE RECEPTIONIST IS SUPER DEPOTE AND RUDE WHEN ATTENDING and honestly I do not understand how it is that the owner and the manager being there do not say anything and let this little girl treat us as if we were going to ask for free accommodation, one is going to relax or have a good time because of the daily hustle and bustle and you end up angry at this type of attitude, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que hace falta mayor limpieza e higiene. Es un hotel antiguo, le hace falta una buena remodelada. Tomando en cuenta que esta sobre la avenida, el costo es accesible. Unos de los precios es de $270 por 6 horas (Enero/2022). No lo tomaría como mi primer opción.
It seems to me that it needs more cleaning and hygiene. It is an old hotel, it needs a good remodeling. Taking into account that it is on the avenue, the cost is affordable. One of the prices is $270 for 6 hours (January/2022). I wouldn't take it as my first choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente spot, en cuanto a ubicación, precio y servicio, los únicos detalles son el wifi y la televisión... Deberían poner la contraseña en la habitación, en las llaves o dártela en la recepción, bueno, si es que el servicio incluye wifi... y a la televisión le hacen falta canales. Si les molesta el ruido de la calle obvio no se los recomiendo, pues está justo a lado de una de las avenidas más grandes del país, en cuanto a limpieza, a mi parecer está bien, y otros ruidos (de otros clientes jaja) no son perceptibles...
Excellent spot, in terms of location, price and service, the only details are wifi and television... They should put the password in the room, on the keys or give it to you at the reception, well, if the service includes wifi ...and the TV is missing channels. If the noise from the street obviously bothers you, I don't recommend them, because it's right next to one of the largest avenues in the country, in terms of cleanliness, in my opinion it's fine, and other noises (from other clients haha) no are noticeable...
