★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so great. The WiFi sucks here because we are on the 3rd floor. Services has been great and they are helpful. FYI: don't call for a taxi from the hotel, they will charge more. We flaged down a taxi which cost 25 pesos any where in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone was super friendly and accomodating. I wasn't sure there was hot water so I took a cold shower. Turns out you have to let it run for a good while for the heat to come through. It was clean. Bottles of water were provided in the room as well as a coffee maker. Good wifi connection. Nice little restaurant down near the lobby. Little pool and hot tub with a kid friendly area. The staff was super helpful, changed money for us and called us a taxi to get us on our way. Very pleased!
