★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our week in this hotel. The staff are AMAZING. Super helpful. Great location. My wife found the pool a little chilly but perfect for me. We can't wait to go back! THANK YOU! Also, my wife had to work a couple days (Zoom meetings) and the Wifi was perfect. She could get her work done while the rest of us explored PV.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this hotel. Not overly pretentious. Location in 5 decienbre was 20 min walk to zone romantica and 10-15 min to the malecon. Areas surrounding hotel were a bit run down but the beach view and access made up for this. The view From the room was also fantastic and was the Highlight of the trip. Bathrooms were a bit outdated but decent. Shower was good though. Breakfast options are good. Service was excellent. Front desk and all staff were so friendly and helpful. The cleaning service did a great job with our room each night. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From check in to check out, the staff was so genuinely helpful and friendly. We booked a a double queen suite and got one on the second floor. View was straight out to the ocean/beach. The room was spotless and spacious. Water pressure for the shower was good. The beds are a bit firm, so if you like soft beds..not for you. The rooftop pool has plenty of loungers, umbrellas and chairs. Towels are in short supply for the pool, so I’d suggest bringing your own. The pool is chilly, but great for cooling off in. The little bar up by the pool has very reasonably priced drinks and food. And the food is yummy, try the shrimp ceviche!
Breakfast is cook to order. I didn’t love the egg dishes but the fruit bowls and French toast were good. Breakfast area is busy.
In summary, for a very reasonable price this is a fantastic place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We asked via Expedia for a high room. When we arrived we were told nothing available but come back in three hours and we will have a high room for you. When we got back, we were told first floor only. Others have booked a high room……… unreal. Gong show.
Nice place, but totally disorganized. Kinda put a bummer vibe on the situation. But nice place if you don’t get caught in that mess

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views from the room deck (and we were only on the 2nd floor) and from the rooftop deck and pool. Room was clean and neat and pleasant. Good snacks and drinks at the bar on the roof. Just wish the pool was heated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family had an excellent stay here. The staff is very hospitable and provide exceptional service. The pool and terrace have an excellent view allowing you to relax in paradise. The hotel is right next to the beach and great restaurants. The boardwalk is within 10 minutes walking distance. Breakfast is included as well as parking. I highly recommend staying here. The property deserves 5 stars. We will be back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my stay here. Everything was very clean and staff were friendly. We had room on the city side and it was quiet enough and had a nice view. Rooftop pool is amazing. Location is amazing - across street from beach and close to many restaurants and anything else you need. Breakfast was good - we had eggs most mornings.
