M	Murali P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 7 days. Rooms are outdated, food is average and based on the experience we feel it was overpriced and overrated I would say. Rooms - Jacuzzi broken, 4 people walked in to fix on day 1 and left a mess and went away. Room wasn't clean. Broken art work and fixtures as well. Rooms are really small too. Spoke to Service desk to change rooms couple of times but didn't hear back Food: We were vegetarians so very limited options. They boast of 12 restaurants but getting reservation in them was a nightmare. Going to concierge was also pointless, they would direct you to a app where reservations run out in 15 mins after opening for 3rd day. Drinks: Fridge stock was laughable with one can of corona and one can of another beer. Bars were good, bar tenders and waiters were good as well. Shuttle service was useful to go around the resort during sunny hours. Definitely wont go back again to any of the princess properties for sure.
L	Lukasz Micek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first ever all inclusive vacation. We were a party of 6. It was super fun. The resort is huge. There is plenty of stuff to do, you wont get bored. The night club was our everyday entertainment after sunset. Food and Drinks were good. I would rate this resort 5/5. People that are complaining are crazy because it is a fun resort! If you haven't been there and thinking on going for the first time, dont think and go. You'll have vacation of life time!
R	Rose Kalin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was beautiful. Lots of seaweed on the beach during this time of the year. Table Service could’ve been better but the staff seemed a little overworked. Everyone was friendly. Food was good lots of options. Restaurant service did not accommodate parties over 10people. Kids had to sit at separate table all the time. The entertainment Team was awesome! Really engaged with the audience. Shows are not extravagant but are nice. Lots for kids to do. Great place for the price.
r	raghav jain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at the platinum, stay was good, people(service) were good, the drinks inclusive were v good, the buffet was trash! Celsa and Martin at the sports bar made the trip wonderful! Loved the vibes from them! Must visit the sports bar to have the same service from them. Remember to tip (maybe 1$ but every time) because you earn so much and they don’t and they serve from the bottom of their heart!
A	Amir Noori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s our 2nd time in this resort, unfortunately it is not what it use to be, they gave us a lots of trouble at the check in, gave us separate rooms from the kids, although we did request it in advance before booking. Buffet was not good last night, beach is very clean, they are not cleaning the resort as it should be done considering it’s 5 star rating. Picture attached is from a room in our building, that tray it’s been seating outside more than 24h, this morning wild animal were enjoying the room service. I do understand there was a pandemic and etc, but at the end of the day cost of staying here is more and service went from 4.5 to 1!!!!!Very disappointed!!!

When we arrived we were told we need to download their app and make a reservation. The earliest reservation we were able to get was 2 days away. So we ate their buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I love buffet but not every day for 5 days. When we finally got to eat at a sit down restaurant the Japanese food they provided has got to be the worst we’ve ever had. We didn’t even finish our food and resorted to eating buffet again. So disappointing. I understand there is a pandemic going on right now but this is false advertisement. I think this resort should disclose, restaurant options are very scarce, come with little to no expectations.

Beautiful swimming pools and a lovely beach, lots of activities within the resort as well as excursions you can pay for outside the resort. Absolutely loved our time here, all the staff were lovely and polite and couldn't have done more for us. Food was great and had a big range of opening times so whatever your plans were you could fit meals around it. Would 100% stay here again, didn't want to leave!

The staff are very nice and polite, the food is decent (I enjoyed the omelette stations and the delicious coffee in the mornings), the rooms are clean and spacious, the drinks are good (delicious if you tip more), there are plenty of pools to lounge in and the beach is not too weedy or rocky. I could see myself going back if I found a great deal.
