★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made our reservation over the phone for the same night. They asked when we thought we'd show up and we said between 10 and 11. We arrived at 11:20 to find that they had sold our room to someone else! They didn't call to check or even to say that they were going to cancel our reservation. When we complained the man behind the counter laughed rather than apologizing. We didn't find another hotel with availability and had to stay in another party of the city because the historic zone filled up while we counted on our "reservation." Horrible customer service and no integrity.
