★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great price for value. Staff are attentive helpful, the rooms are clean. The restaurant is fantastic, for roughly $9 USD, you can get juice, coffee, chilaquiles (with this thin beef meat). Only complaint is that the rooms lack a security safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very a outdated hotel with zero sound isolation, but has a nice pool. The reason why I gave 2 stars is because of the staff. Every time I've asked for a hairdryer first answer was "no, we don't have it and when I start insisting for it, it happens to be available... Throughout whole Mexico, i have only had great hotels and amazing staff but this is one is really a bummer if you are looking for friendly faces. Especially the lady at the reception has no manners, she doesn't even respond to your "hola" back. In our last day we've asked for a taxi and apparently she had a deal with the taxi driver to charge us 250 pesos to go to airport when it is only 150 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience, was there 3/15 to 3/17/2022. Nice place, quiet, very close to the main plaza (Zocalo), where restaurants, churches, bars and Monte Alban ruins. Just amazing. Nice pool and the restaurant great flavor they have, we order a couple Divorciados eggs along with some hot flavored coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great room, extremely clean and we appreciated the extra water! The hotel itself is gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, parking was available and fenced in, and the wifi is fast in the common areas. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here because we didn’t let the little things bother us. The cleaning staff was friendly, but according to other reviews it seems like if you “bother” the front desk you will have a different experience, so we kept to ourselves. The walls are thin, but I think sounds were amplified due to the little maintenance alleyways outside of the bathrooms. The pool isn’t heated, which is expected for warmer climates (I also appreciated that the pool was not overwhelmed with Chlorine). Since we’re from the American Midwest, we didn’t mind swimming in cold water when it was 80°F. If you’re looking for an “American” hotel that is catered to your every need, then don’t vacation in Mexico.
