★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here at hotel hacienda last year and now that I came back I found that they have improved at lot. The room are more comfortable. I can’t complaint about the housekeepers because they maintain everything nice and clean. Jasmine did a great job by accommodate me in a nice room with a nice view to the ocean. Also Arely the receptionists the works the night shift is very friendly and professional. She made us felt like if we were at home. Also my housekeeper Marcela she is very nice and always willing to help and keep my room clean and net. Thank you all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically agree with recent reviews---this hotel has issues that need addressing!!! Note the ISSUE with the elevator---from 1 year ago---y the elevator is still broken!!! See photo of the bathroom i was assigned in room 110--- no towel hangers or towel rods ( but you can are where they were torn from the walls)!!!!! Hotel is extremely noisy!!!! On Plus side view of ocean is great, y restarant was good, great prices y good portions!!! OVERALL though can not recommend this hotel---it is not anywhere near a 3 Star ( maybe 1 is closer to what is truly is)!!! ROOM ratés are overpriced y TV service is especially bad in daytime---where you can not even watch a program---keeps losing the signal!!! Better go somewhere else---much better deals in Mazatlan for less cost!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many problems! Key card didn't work x2 days, deadbolt lock on room door inoperable, room safe broken, hall and entryway to my room dark as lights not on. They did have reasonable Covid 19 procedures in place. Staff was responsive, but not all problems fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude at reception, they did not have the rooms ready even when the check in time was done hours after the time they stablished, they made us wake for almost 1 hr and they even dare to laugh at our faces when we requested to speak with the manager...
The rooms were old and with cockroach!!!
