The convention center is an old immense barn suitable for any event or party. Lunch and dinner outdoors were very special for the country atmosphere. It looks very much a museum of Mexican agricultural life of the past century. Important is that they offer a spa and golf club with excellent service. Recommended for retreats, events or weddings."

But... there's always a But... poor electrical outlet on the room's and no AC... had to open windows and front door to keep it cool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very beautiful and nice but service is very poor. It is necessary to ask many times to get what you need. To everybody, reception, restaurant, bell boys no body responds as fast as your needs. It looks.they don't hear to you. I didn't feel comfortable with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great hotel near Mexico City. It is a typical Mexican hacienda which has been restored and expanded with new and modern rooms and facilities. It is a great option for corporate events and meetings. There are two tennis courts besides basketball, volleyball and paddle courts. The food is typical Mexican and is nice. The rooms are comfortable and the crew is very friendly and supportive. However, I doubt if this is a good place for having family vacations, because I think there are no adequate facilities for kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful well kept up resort. Grounds were impeccable. Service is by far their best attribute. They are extremely attentive when you're eating. The rooms would have made this five stars, but not having fans or temperature control in the rooms is not very smart. It was cool outside while we visited, but once you enter the room, it's very warm and stuffy. Keeping the doors open is not an option because there are many mosquitos and flies. Definitely worth going there once, but go in the cooler months as you would suffer in the hotter ones.
