The cost of the room is expensive and does no have an iron, the shower head and the shower drain seems to be a little clogged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pools and outer spaces are pretty cool. Food it's ok too, although the buffet doesn't have many vegetarian options so wouldn't recommend it if you don't eat animals. We booked two rooms, we had a coach roach in one, and the other one had a pretty bad noise every four minutes for the entire night. I asked for a refund of the first noght as we didn't sleep at all. We got a new room and only a 10% discount for the first night. I've had better night sleep in lower category hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. Well organized well maintained hotel to have lots of great times in. Prices are fair and it's not exactly a cheap hotel but it's very worth your while. Included is a dine in restaurant and a buffet one so you can be flexible with your choices. Food is good, prices are acceptable, 3 different pools managed by a very effective heating system. Enough rooms to fit the whole human population and A LOT of hidden places in Plain sight to visit around. Absolutely will come back to this hotel stayed for 3 days and was definitely a very pleasent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Hotel Hacienda Cocoyoc for a family wedding. The staff were very accommodating to our needs, despite the language barrier. They also maintained high health standards with masking and cleaning public areas constantly. The food was delicious (much better than Americanized Mexican food). The amenities were fantastic, between the walking trail, multiple pools, and the spa, which was very available for massage appointments for our group. Thank you for a memorable stay!
