Very pleasant place, staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We did really enjoyed our time there.

Nice clean room and confortable beds. We had the suite. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you need anything they bring it right away. The place is quiet and close to several restaurants and to the pedestrian market or "Peatonal".

My hotel room smelled heavily of cigarettes. The sheets were very old and did not seem as though they were very clean. There was no wifi and the t.v did not even have good signal. I could not manage to stay here more than a couple of hours before leaving somewhere, anywhere else.

This is the first place I tried. I loved it. Has a lot of potential. It’s peaceful at night and has people watching the premises to care for you. It’s for sure tourist friendly. Great place to celebrate the final night at Mexico. Great place to invite people you came to visit and mingle at on the rooftop garden/patio/grill area. The images do justice. Regardless it’s a well kept place. And there’s a diner just two doors away from the hotel car entrance. Called la catorce? I don’t remember to well. You can order from the room. Just ask for the menu. I stayed 3 nights. Last night I had a truck full of belongings that could’ve easily been stolen which was my concern. Lo and behold nothing happened. Any night I was there. If so i was unaware and unaffected. Thank you for providing a great place to stay in Mexico. It’s not the U.S. but for a border town Mexican hotel it is indeed top of the line. Considering it was the ONLY place I visited, it’s probably the only place for me unless I find a another great place this will be my recommended spot for tourist visiting family or just visiting Mexico.

I cannot recommend this Hotel more than in any other in Motomoros.! For a nightly stay, or a more long term vacation. The staff is amazing, they will accomidate you in almost anyway you need! If your requests for any amenities, they will do thier best to accomidate! Child friendly, beautiful garden, and friendly Management. 24 hour security. There is a grill, for respectable parties. And the room requiment, you need is adjustable. Iv traveled to almost every Continent, and iv never seen such a quite, more relaxed Hotel. And they improving daily. Thanks staff for your attention to detail. American visitors, or otherwise. Should feel at ease here!
