El hotel muy bonito, limpio y el personal muy amable, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Me encantó, supero mis expectativas. El hotel tiene excelente ubicación, las habitaciones muy limpias, servicio increíble. Vi otros comentarios y tenía un poco de temor pero sin duda han tomado en cuenta las recomendaciones de los huéspedes. Lo mejor la relación precio- beneficio ?

Muy recomendable, habitaciones cómodas, el lugar es agradable, buen servicio, buena ubicación Muy cerca del túnel, por la calle principal y a unos cuantos pasos de la plaza principal de Real de Catorce.

Excelente lugar para dormir, habitación sencilla, muy cómoda, agua caliente, wifi, muy acogedor para dormir, y la atención del personal muy agradable, aparte de que todo está muy limpio, recomendable

Muy bonito lugar para dormir, salvo que... Llegamos de noche, y ya nos disponíamos a dormir cuando escuchamos niños corriendo sobre el pasillo, mi esposo fue a recepción y cuál era la sorpresa, NO HABÍA NIÑOS! ??

Un hotel con buena ubicación, limpio, agua caliente disponible siempre, WiFi, personal muy amable, ofreció cobertor extra sin costo, decoración bonita y cama muy cómoda. El único pero es que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, afortunadamente está cerca del estacionamiento del pueblo. En verdad por el precio que pagamos estuvo bastante bien.

Organised this 3 day get away with my teenager son to have some time for the two of us, but we were very disappointed by the discriminatory policy of the hotel against kids. They reserve the nicest spot with infinity pool with view over the waterfront for ‘adults only’. First they removed us ‘kindly’ from the pool with the argument that it is not good for children as adults are drinking there. I accepted and then went to the two other pools to find adults also drinking and getting drunk there, on one occasion even security was called. This bothered no one vis a vis the family guests.. Another staff member clarified that only the infinity pool is forbidden but the area with sunbeds to see the sea is allowed with kids so on the last morning we tried to have a little time to enjoy the view, the reason why we chose that hotel. Again they removed us from that area and it felt really humiliating leaving my son also very sad (over 10 so not the category of kids that make noise or disturb adults). I feel it is unfair that the hotel does not clearly state it is an adults only concept so that families who want to enjoy all facilities get to understand that they are practically prioritised for adults to drink and get to chose other hotels who treat all paying customers in the same way and with fairness. Very disappointed with our stay at Hacienda Encantada.
