★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well positioned hotel for walking around and enjoying the historic center of Ciudad Guzmán. The hotel room was very up-to-date with regard to furnishings, TV, etc. Wi-Fi was very weak within my room but readily available in the lounge area. Restaurant on site open only for breakfast and not open on Sundays. Parking is provided and is secure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars because it's clean and beds are comfortable. It's not a fancy hotel but it serves it purpose. Rooms are plain but have everything you need. I will definitely return. Good walking distance to El Centro, Oxxo is right in front, staff is super friendly. My family and I were happy, well rested while staying at hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service, way too expensive. Pillows were dirty they smell bad. And they didn't change them. Because the guy didn't know how to handle it.
Also they don't have good policies... Guests are too noisy and they do nothing. I had to leave the hotel at 3 in the morning!!! I had a terrible experience
